The development of Oran Park Town will commence in December 2008. You may have already noticed the construction of new lead in roads to the new town.

It is anticipated that the majority of road works and creation of the first stages of the town centre will be completed during 2009. 

New land sales are expected to go onto the market by early 2010 and be complemented by the Home Display Village, first commercial buildings, playing field and the construction of the first school.
