Geared towards productivity
The first stage commercial levels, 1 through to 3, have been designed to create the most productive working environment possible. The commercial levels will be accessed by both, centrally located, lift and escalator.
The individual suites are linked by architecturally inspired walkways, above the retail level's mall areas. The commercial areas can be divided as required, no size too small, with a maximum area of up to 2,780m2 available on level 1. The potential for serviced offices is also being explored by management.
Larger Commercial users, corporate headquarters and employment hubs will be catered for with a number of larger lots available to lease to selected tenants. These lots will be integrated into the “commercial precinct" and will have access to market leading services and facilities, including market leading fibre optic connection.
